Hard Rock International has announced the opening of its new property in the Dominican Republic.
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana opened this week as the rock ‘n’ roll chain’s first Caribbean resort. It is said to feature ‘natural island textures’ with an ‘edgy rock statement’ such as tattoo-like etchings on the glass.
“Our creative team captures the personality and lifestyles of the Hard Rock guests and Palace Resort members with their designs. The innovative solutions are an expression of both the energy yet relaxed balance they have come to expect,” said Dan Pierce, principal of GETTYS, which helped design the hotel’s interiors.
