Viva Residence Samana: confidence in real estate tourism

Viva Residence Las Terrenas unveiled its first units of the models in a preopening celebration where Viva Resorts Group Vice president Rafael Blanco (Papo) said shows confidence in the advance of tourism development in the country’s northeastern region.


The US$20 million investment in Viva Residence, located in the picturesque bay of Cosón, makes it the group’s second real estate tourism  development, joining Viva Residence’s Bahía Estela, located just steps away from the white sand beach project Viva Residence Las Terrenas.

Blanco showed reporters the first model villas and apartments and infrastructure including the swimming pool which winds through he project internally .

The beachfront real estate development boasts a design by the famed architect Antonio Imbert, with 76 apartments and villas.
