He says preliminary data shows the year will close with a 4% growth compared to 2009. Tourist arrivals to the country are expected to be 3% more than in 2009, according to preliminary statistical reports coming from the country’s Central Bank.
The Ministry of Tourism also stated that the government invested US$918.3 million in roads and other public works to keep tourists satisfied and coming back.
